Issues with the slide on my 2004 Terry Quantum

If pulling the fuse isn't working, it sounds like a problem with the "in" relay if there is one. Without seeing a schematic, the fuse probably only sends power to the switch which then sends a signal to the relay. The relay must be getting power from a different supply with its own fuse. Taping down the switch may burn out the motor or the "out" relay, so I wouldn't do that.
