We also went from a Tundra to a new Ram Cummins. The 3500 SRW does ride harsher than the coil-spring 2500. However, based on the load/pressure charts you can safely go down to 35-40 psi empty, which significantly softens the ride on the 3500.
You're gonna love your new diesel. Being able to sit back, relax, while towing up and down steep mountain passes with the automatic exhaust brake and cruise activated---priceless!
