Well Air Lift helped me make my decision! I gave them a call and explained what had transpired. I did not ask for nor did I expect warranty coverage due to the age of my Air Lift's! Just told them that my local RV dealer was pushing a new Firestone setup and that I had fished around on the net a bit to get opinions on the two brands. All I was looking for was a bit of, "tell me why I should stick with your product".
Without pause or hesitation they offered to replace at no charge the leaking bag! When I asked about whether I should also replace the other (unfailed bag)(at my cost) due to age (9.5 yrs), the response was, "yea probably a good idea". They said they'd send a replacement for both the leaking and the unfailed bag as well. All I had to do was send the old bags back with a pre-paid (by them) UPS label. I only had to put down a deposit which will be refunded when they receive my old bags and pay for 2 day shipping, which I requested so the shop can install next week, as I have a trip planned later in the month. Am I dreaming???? This is customer service and product support extraordinaire!
P.S. I do like the looks of the PacBrake as well, but I certainly can't complain about the Air Lift's durability or effectiveness.
Thanks to all who have provided feedback and advice.
