Bear in mind that my Air Lifts were installed in Oct. of '05, so some things have changed a bit. I think the mounting assembly's are now different. The big thing is, even though I wasn't looking for anything other than advice or updated information, they without a deep breath offered to replace the defective bag! I mean I almost feel guilty as the bags have been on the truck for 9.5 years! Actually, I do feel guilty cause I wasn't thinking it was a defective product. That said, they have a "lifetime warranty" to the original owner they say. I'm not going to argue, but I am a customer for life!
BTW: Air Lift is also sending a replacement for the the bag that is not leaking because of age! GET OUT! Who ever heard of product support like that? All they said was they want to keep my business and that when I buy a new truck they hoped I'd stick with them! Count on it!
