I use a Trailer-Aid like the photo above. I have 2 sets of Dexstar wheels, so I can just take 1 set to the tire dealer, then change them out. I got rid of the fancy aluminum wheels.
Last time, it took less than an hour to change out all 4.
And I got rid of the clad lug nuts and got solid ones.
