Is there any site that allows you to sort TT model by GVWR? It sure would make my life a lot easier. I have a 2011 5.0/3.55 F150 (13,500#GCWR/7200#GVWR/1,500#Payload/1,050#TongueWeight/7,800#maxtowweight)Knowing those numbers, I'm aiming for a TT with a GVWR of no more than 6500lbs and a tongue weight around 600-700#'s with a WD hitch. My must haves..-A bunk area for the kids-A Slide So far I have found the Jayco 25BHS (4800#dry/6500#GVWR), looking for comparables...

This Keystone has a site that lets you search their trailers.Keystone Buyers Guide Depending on how big you want to get you shouldn't have any issues with the Passport 32FB. It is an East Coast model but you can get it on the West Coast if you look (not sure where you are located). Its a little heavy on tongue weight (which I am dealing with) but otherwise my Expedition tows it well.

If you like the Rockwood and are willing to go that long. Look at the Jayco White Hawk 28DSBH. I pull it with a half ton (2012 Tundra) using the Equalizer 4pt hitch with no problem. It has a little deeper slide than the Rockwood and a little dorm fridge in the front pass through.

seems there is more storage (wardrobe, pantry) in the rockwood than the starcraft and aspen...

I see so many bunk house models without wards for kids clothes, large pantry, or bath/beach towels.
i do not care about kitchen counter tops when you can't store Kids clothes, diapers, whatever.

We're looking at the same type/size trailers as you.

So far Im liking the Starcraft Launch 26bhs. Sofa on a slide and with the L shaped kitchen it has more counter space than most.

I have been looking for years, must haves: wards, over 50 gal water, 15" running gear, 4500lb axles, 300lb bunk bedbeds and be 5500lb to 6500lb dry.
Current winners:
aspen trail 2760 bhs (bad 3500lb axles) However i like overall length, price, bed
jayco jay flight swift 28bhbe ( good 4500lb axles) dislike price, 20lb tanks, over 31 ft

Just some food for thought. My wife and I looked at a couple models like the Passport 2650 and those bunks are very small and claustrophobic. Two average size adults could comfortable sleep on each of the bunks in the 2702SS which gives you room to grow.

We also REALLY liked the idea of a separate entrance for the bathroom. People didn't have to walk through the whole trailer to get to the bathroom if they were dirty.

2 kids, 4yr old and 5month old,
also a 30lb dog that sleeps with 4yr old.
