This surprises me I wonder if your dealer could be part of the hold up, since this seems unusual for Jayco. I would go on their website Jayco. com and see if you can get any better results. Then if all else fails consider legal action, but only as a last resource. Being nice and polite no matter how much it hurts is your best bet. Then if that fails do what you think you need to do and good luck. Let us know what comes out of this. If they don't come across the bad rap they get here will hurt their good rep. and cost them in the long run.
