Jayco Hybrid Frame Failure

No longer my worry. Now belongs to an attorney. The months of silence indicates either poor customer service or something is really wrong and they are arguing internally about what to do. Enough is enough. Seriously has affected our perception of the brand. Our confidence has now been irreversibly damaged. The combination of a significant elapse of time with no attempts from them to make it right and even no response to our numerous attempts to resolve from our end have left us feeling we had no alternative. The RV was purchased specifically to be used as "snow birding" in the Southern States. We were one day from arriving to our first destination State and have had to spend significantly more for housing. This was to be our home for many months each year. This purchase now resides at the top of our "regrets" list.
