Travel without fresh water. A lot of people ( myself included ) travel with a bare minimum of fresh water. Just enough to keep the pump primed for me, which is just below the last light on the readout. I would expect your TT tongue weight to come in between 1000 and 1100 lb by the time you add battery 60lb LPG an WD hitch plus whatever else you poke in the front area of the trailer.
