Jan 03, 2014As mentioned, confirm whether your TV's 895lb. tongue weight maximum is based on the Weight Carrying or Weight Distribution (w/WDH) mode. This can be confirmed by your owners manual or it may be stamped on the TV's OEM receiver (owners manual trumps receiver)
A 2013 Jay Flight 28BHS has a GVWR of 7,500 lbs. Based on your targeted loaded camping weight of 6,500lbs, an ideal loaded tongue weight would be 845lbs to 975lbs (13% to 15%). At the GVWR of 7,500lbs...., then 975lbs to 1,125lbs.
Depending on your TV loading habits, you may want to check the available (remaining) Payload Capacity of your TV, the loaded tongue weight is subtracted from the TV's Payload Capacity. Your TV CAT scale weight (loaded) subtracted from TV's GVWR will be the available payload capacity.
