If the seam you refer to is the bottom of the door where the bottom horizontal extrusion meets the fiberglass of the door exterior, the caulking will split open every time you use the door. Those doors are made by Lippert and they had issues in that area back around 2010 /11. Then they changed the hinge design but I have never heard of them standing behind the problem doors, or doing anything for anyone who had them. All you can do is recaulk the bottom seam when it splits, or replace with a newer version of the door which is not cheap to do.
