As someone mentioned - too little water and too much fiber..........

Get a pail of water and flush the pyramid. I usually put 4-5 gallons of water in the black tank before setting off - this agitates and accumulated waste.

Upon leaving I throw another 5 gallons into the black tank and any waste gets agitated between leaving the site and the dump station.
