Who do they ask? I have NEVER been asked to do a survey by JD Powers...so do they cover every owner in the USA or just "pick and choose"....hey, I agree with most of their picks...unlike Consumers report...but at almost 64 yrs of age and owning ALL the new cars that I have, one would think at sometime, I would have been asked by someone other than the manufacturer of my vehicle...
I have been sent a survey by JD Power for my 2011 Kia Optima. It even included a $1 bill for my time to do the survey. Took about 15 mins and asked about any warranty service that had been done on the car and overall satisfaction.
