Just so you are aware, anyone can input information into a Wikipedia topic. Including you, or I. It is only slightly more credible than this forum, and not anymore reliable than the Internet as a whole.
Hey I don't have a problem with JD Powers. They do what they do very well. Sometimes the ratings seemed flawed to me and the person who completes the survey certainly comes to mind here.
