I had a Grand Cherokee Ecodiesel. Towed a 3,500lb "popup" with no problem. Got a 5,600lb (travel weight), 23' (including tongue), 660lb tongue wt., full-height trailer, and even with a properly-adjusted weight distribution hitch, it was squirrely in anything over about 15mph crosswind. In 40mph winds, it was white-knuckle, and 40mph towing speed. Not something I wanted to do again.
Got rid of the Jeep. F150 tows trailer a whole lot better.
Watch your cargo capacity in your Jeep. Our Grand Cherokee had 1,060 lbs of cargo capacity. 660 lbs tongue wt, 50lbs WDH, 155 lbs me, 130 lbs DW, only left 65lbs for camping gear. That's only one cooler, with drinks and ice. Would imagine your TrailHawk has less cargo capacity.
