we've had the same trouble...watched a movie one day...the next, nothing! Tried to clean it with air and dvd cleaning kits...MANY times and no use...We hook up a home dvd player now. Kind of a pain, but what do you do?
I suppose you could buy an inexpensive home theater system and plug it in. I priced those Jensens and they are stupidly expensive!!
