I have a Go Pro 85 watt system with a PWM controller. Its kept our two golf cart batteries well charged for 7 years. That 85 watts and the controller still costs $700+. Buzzcutt1 is getting a good deal.
I am now in the process of adding another 100 watt panel, I am not changing out the PWM controller, it works fine, and will probably add another 120-240 watts in the next year or so to total 300+ watts. Why, we are using an electric trolling motor and I intend to charge it from the camper electric system.
The system Buzzcut1 is putting together is a good place to start and will be useful for years.
