Jump starting the truck and charging T/C
I am going to make a custom length set of jumper cables to pack with us that we could jump the truck from the RV bank (did this once having to remove the batteries from the camper) which got me wonder...

I have a similar system to NRALIFR . This is probably the best way to accomplish the OP's objectives . Charge the TC batteries from the truck and using a switch for the solenoid , jump the truck batteries from the TC . If you have shore power you can also charge the truck batteries with this system .
