Just bought first camper - lot of questions - can you help?

If you're allowed to park the TT where you live, I would strongly suggest doing that. Spend several days or a week living in it - it's the best way of figuring out how the TT works while still being at home where you can become familiar with it - such as how long your battery will last, how the refer works, how the furnace works, etc, before you get out in the boonies.
