I don't know if you've checked battery prices lately but for the price of two additional batteries, you could buy a single solar module and a cheap controller. You will have power that you can use while up at your land, save the price of running a vehicle to charge them, and when you return the next week, the battery will be fully charged without lifting a finger.
Check it out as more than a few of us have solar systems and think they are the best thing since sliced bread.
Your trailer may have a DSI system for the propane appliances, look at the appliance and see if it has a circuit board attached. IF you have one, you have DSI. Manual pilot light appliances do not have a circuit board attached.
