I am not technically or mechanically inclined at all (ie. wiring a solar system or attaching one to the roof of camper). If I need something installed I call a professional at home. I don't climb ladders or fix things around the house - just never learned how. Even the repairs like caulking windows on camper are being done by a friend with more experience. I have a hard time lighting the pilot light on my fireplace at home.
ANYWAY -- Do they have simple affordable systems that could maybe be set outside on ground or just laid on top with bungee chords or something THAT can just plug into my normal electric chord that slides out of side of camper OR attach to battery with the two clips like jumper cables. I don't want to have to do any wiring or installing invertors or anything. If I could find something with panel and chord to the battery I might consider it.
That sounds like something I might be able to handle.
Will this item not TRICKLE CHARGE the battery while we are gone. It has two weeks to do some between camping days?
