I don't know (maybe I missed it) but the PNW is pretty big. Are you in the city or more rural? If you're more urban I'd suggest a short box. More rural I'd suggest a long box. I think you "need" a crew cab based on six people. My suggestion is:
Camper: Four Wheel Camper Grandby
Truck: F350 SRW, Crew Cab, Long Box, 4x4 with 4.30 gearing and factory rear locker. You can run 35" tires with no suspension upgrades. If you want to add a little extra height a leveling kit or 2" lift will put you in a really good place for running mild trails with 35" - 37" tires.
I know that's not very specific, but I can add what color you should get too if you want :)
