Just Suspension Recommendations - No Legal Weight Advice

Hello Fellow TC'ers. I have read just about every post on this and several other forums regarding suspension upgrades for my 2001 F250 4x4 SRW. Maybe that's why I am confused! TMI - too much info...

If your truck is a 2001 why not just start with a spring shop? they can tell you how worn out your 13 year old springs are. if your springs are weak from age and/or use some of those other "helpers" my not help much. I don't think engaging worn out springs sooner will help at all.
