Just what is included in a factory dry weight number?

What options are the dealers adding, exactly? I researched and went through hundreds of TTs before I bought ours last June, and I can't think of too many options that were added by the dealer. Our only option was a power tongue jack, which adds some weight. Filling the propane and adding a battery also adds weight. But everything else, to my knowledge, was installed at the factory.
