Dry weight is only that weight once & only a guide as far as my use...... The important weight is gross & important not to go over & to make sure my tow vehicle is capable of........ The scale weight loaded is what I am concerned with. I have in the neighborhood of 4000 carrying cap. and can be close & vary over 1000 lbs from one trip to another so with a 36 ft + trailer I do not want to go over the gross which the TV is capable of pulling....... I could care less now what the dry weight is or was .....just what it weighs on the scales.
