That would be great...If it's true. I have been told differently though.. Got a link to the statute?

Try 49 CFR 571.110 down about S4.3 and S10 for vehicles under 10k.

And 571.120 S10.4 on down for over 10k also where they talk about the yellow sticker and trailers CCC.
