Get a tub mat - the rubber one and put it on the table, then put the cushion on top of that. If that doesn't stop it, then add some strips of velcro to the top of the mat.
The mat will suction to the tabletpp without marring the table. The rubber should hold the cushion firm, but if not then the velcro will hold it.
You can try those rug thingies that hold throw rugs still, but I find they don't work that well.
