I actually think we would like the 31BH as well. We are expecting our first child and that back area looks perfect for a crib.

the bunk room is the main reason we like the 31bh floor plan, we have a 3 yo boy and thought that would be perfect for him and his toys and friends/future siblings....it would be a good plan for years to come. Several brands have the same floorplan, we just liked the bullet the best out of all of them.
