C@mpDad, My tv does not have the 4 screws on the back holding it on. The back cover on mine was held on by 6 finish nails. I just began pulling on it lightly and used a flat screwdriver to pry the panel off the nails. After the back cover was off I had a solid piece of wood with a hole in the middle which gave me access to the inputs and outputs. I could have stopped there to hook up a dvd player but I wanted to figure out the mounting bracket. There are two screws inside at the top of the hole which hold the bracket to the tv. Took them out and the tv just slides up and out. I drove the finish nails in and replaced them with new ones when putting the cover back on. The hardest part about doing this was just getting started. This was on the tv in the bunkhouse. I have a Premier Bullet 31bh.
