We're about halfway through our 4000 mile road trip and things have gone well. However, I noticed that one of the support brackets for the wheel well trim on the driver's side was broken. It's the trim on the dinette slideout:
I think that will be a simple fix for me, although I have no idea how it broke because I'm pretty sure I did not pull or push on that piece at all and I doubt it would snap from driving on the freeway even if there were strong crosswinds.
My question is I don't know if there's a trim piece missing on the edge of that piece at all. It looks like something should be there, but I'm not 100% sure. Here's a picture showing the vertical edge of the trim on the left:
And here's what it looks like with the dinette slideout closed:
Can any of you tell me if there is some trim missing on mine?
I just can't remember if it looked like that at all. The seal to the slideout is fine but it looks like a pretty big gap on that trim. There's no where else on the trailer that I can compare it to. If it is different, I'd love to see a picture of what it should look like so I'll know what to ask the dealer to order for me when we get home.
