i don't know about any other forums or threads, this one is the best i have found.
i just posted a new thread with the damage pics. i really didn't want to hijack this thread toooo much more.
i checked under my fridge and low and behold my kitchen register was disconnected from the output, i went to reinstall it, and the hose was all ripped up! pissed me off because i know someone went to install it, it broke and instead of doing the right thing they left it for someone else to fix. at least that is what i beleive. my wife has told me that i have been very cynical lately.
so i guess that will be a warranty issue.
