All of these additional features are part of the "Comfort Package" http://www.keystone-premier.com/index.php?page=comfortpackage-gallery introduced by the Bullet divsion for a limited time with no additional cost. Our Premiere 31BHPR is arriving next week and will include those features also. I made sure to that this package was included when I ordered it back in Nov. Those items will come in handy, mostly the central vac. Large handles too, which I would of added anyways.
PSU, does yours have all stainless steel appliances (including the fridge)? I know for a while that all Premieres had black fridges because of stainless shortage, but I've seen that recent Premieres being sold on the web with the Comfort Package had the stainless fridge back. I asked my dealer and he said mine shoudl include all stainless appliances, incl the fridge.
Imagine, when we first went to visit our dealership to visit the Premieres, there was one 2011 without the stainless fridge and comfort package. It had just been sold, otherwize, we would of purchaed it.... Lucky did not go earlier ;)
