Mine is currently at the dealer for some "oh crap, my warranty is almost over" fixes.
List-
Outdoor speaker blown, real staticy.
Dead bolts don't line up with the holes.
Out door kit hen door strut pulled out from wall
Rear slide indoor trim loose
The drawer under the closet across from bathroom, the wood that the drawer slide is screwed to split.
The support from the "underpinning" to the frame has broken bolt, right beside sewer outlet. (I've repaired two of these myself already)
Prior stuff-
All jacks had to be welded
Toilet valve, I replaced
I had to tighten all of the sink drain pipes right under the sinks
One of the furnace hoses came off of the furnace. Had to go buy a torx bit set to keep in TT, didn't expect to have one or two panels with this type screws!
They put a 3 step step on for free.
That's about all I can think of right now for mine.
