Has anyone mounted a bike rack to their premier? If so, where?
Thanks
While I do not have a Bullet Premier I do have a bike rack on our Passport 300 BH. The Bullet Premier and the Passport are very similar (if not identical) in construction so I think you would be able to do the same. I purchased a Bulldog Accessory hitch that bolted to the frame of the camper. I was then able to use a valley reciever mounted bike rack. The only modification I made was to replace the reciever insert with a 3 ft long piece of 3 in solid square stock. I did this so that I could get the rack out past the spare tire mounted on the back of the trailer. I have used this setup for 3 years and so has my brother. Neither one of us have had any issues with it in this time frame.
Thanks for the feedback, how many bikes do you haul like this?
Thanks
I currently only carry 2 bikes on the rack because we only have need for 2. Our daughter is only 4. However, my brother runs the exact same setup on an Antiqua hybrid trailer and carries 3 bikes with no issues. In both my scenario and my brothers we are carrying Schwinn all aluminum framed bikes, so they are not the heaviest bikes on the market, however they are not the lightest either. I have no doubt that we could easily carry the 4 bikes that the bike carrier was designed for if we had need.
