I noticed that a lot of the electrical connections in the front of the trailer are very exposed. I used a tube of dielectric grease to protect them from corrosion. I use this stuff for my snowplow and it works great. Its is available at an auto parts store. Just smear the stuff on any electrical connection.
Yeah, I've done the same thing but didn't do it to that fuse because I figure it was in a waterproof caseing. It's got it now.
