Ok, so I tried some pretty cheap weather stripping around the back tv in the outdoor kitchen (to keep out the bugs) and that didnt work out so good. Maybe I shouldnt have used the cheap stuff, maybe I put it in the wrong areas. has anyone come up with a good fix for the gap around the tv on the 31BHPR? If so, please take a few pics and post them. We are going out again this weekend and I am going to try a better weather strip.
I know bugs have been known to fly back through there, so I try to keep the light off at night when I have the kitchen open. When I looked at the space this weekend, I was inspired with an idea:

What if, instead of trying to fill the gap around the TV, you just made a frame to cover the entire opening like this?

You could use either magnets or velcro around the frame to hold it in place on the trim. That would allow you to remove it when you wanted to turn the TV around. I figure you could either use window screen mesh or even clear plastic, if you wanted to watch TV outside. Doing it that way would eliminate all gaps and yet still allow you full function of the swivel TV.
