For just about everything in the RV, I use the 3M command strips:
I love them and never had a problem with them at all. I've got them all over the Premier including some in the bathroom plus waterproof ones in the tub/shower. I like using the large size hooks for hanging large jackets or wet towels. I use smaller size ones for smaller jackets, hats, keys, etc.
No issues at all with the wallpaper or other surfaces when removing the double sided tape.
On a side note, a two trips ago, I did notice that one of the wall panel seams (between the bunk and the rear window) had bowed out and was no longer laying flat. It seems as if the adhesive has come loose. I bought a tube of Liquid Nails adhesive that I'm going to try to put in between to hold it down.
I also still have the problem the power tongue jack. Last spring, the dealer diagnosed it as a loose ground, but I haven't been able to find where the ground connection is on that unit. I saw a 2011 Premier at Camping World and noticed that the 3 bolts holding down the jack were unpainted (unlike mine) and on the Barker electric tongue jack I had before also used the mounting bolt as the ground, so I sanded down the bolt and the frame on mine to remove the paint, bought a "toothed" lock washer and tried to create a ground connection that way but it didn't work.
