Hello to everyone ! I want to say this place is awesome. I found it just searching the net. How lucky can one get to find 65 pages on the trailer I'm getting. I have learned more than the dealer knows lol.
O.K., we just bought a 31BHPR with body paint and comfort pack ( which I learned about here :) ). We traded up from a pop up and weight was a factor as it is with a lot of people with familes etc these days.
I notice there isn't much talk on price untill the very end. I don't know if thats looked down on here being new but can't help but wonder if I got a good price. MSRP was 36,751 or something and I got it for 24,500. I also got every penny I paid for my Pop up.
I am new to towing a rig this big but have my Dad to help me pick it up etc. Any tips on manuevering this thing or turning etc is appreciated. I am decently skilled in driving. I will be pulling it with a 2011 F150 Limited with a max tow of 7200 for some reason over the regular trucks with the 6.2 litre that tow 11,100. They are installing a equalizer WDH for me at the dealer.
Our demo is Saturday if anyone has any advice on things to look for. I have a list of things from this thread but please feel free to mention anything you feel is important.
Another question I have is to go with a Good Sam or the dealer on extended service. I have done tons of research and reading on all of these topics but again I am new to TT's etc.
