Yes, it sounds like there's a slight difference. Is that "hydraulic" looking connector not the same quick connect fitting that I have on mine? It looks something like this:
Except on the trailer, the female end is hard connected with a shutoff valve/lock switch on it. Does yours look different?
The other difference is that on the 31BHPR, there's no hole in the side panel. The hose just goes from the stove and under the trailer to the connector.
LOL... just when I was coming in to get the camera.... Yep, that's the connector and it sounds like it is mounted exactly the same with the valve. Ours has a hole drilled through the "wind panel" on the side of the camper that is intended to feed the hose through and THEN plug it in.
I was just thinking of drilling an access hole (think 1") right beside the frame of the swing arm and then feeding the hose through there and just leaving it connected..
BUT - there's always the concern of that hose dangling around under there an exposed to the elements...
Time will tell, once I get some of the other mods done.:):)
