Bullet family help on low point drains please. I understand the fresh water tank drain, we empty the water usually when we leave campgrounds. But there are two more white plastic tube drains for my model on the bathroom side. We just noticed them this past weekend and they both still have some of that pink winterizing fluid left in them.
Now I guess they are low point drains, I'm still a newbie with this. We had this dewinterized from the dealer but not sure they did such a good job. Is it typical to leave some of this fluid still in the drain? I'd think not or does any of this the heavier fluid gather there after some water flow throughout the camper? Don't you run water throughout the camper until it flows clear?
Before I open these drains up and let this pink stuff out I'd thought I'd ask. Anything I need to know before I do this? Close anything, open anything, city water connection on/off, do anything with the heater? I know when we first got in the camper this spring we let the drains run totally clear as I noticed it being a slight pink tinted at the sink, so I opened all the faucets for awhile.
Understanding this will also help us winterize/dewinterize ourselves.
Thanks!
