Hey Rainbow, I dont remember from memory what the two low point drains your talking about are called but they def should've been emptied when it was winterized. The reason I know this is because mine were left in the same exact fashion (pink) and when the tech noticed it he said something to me. Maybe someone can clarify the name of the 2 low point drains your mentioning.
I do have a question regarding the sewer rinse. How long do you hook up your hose to it and rinse it? The tech told me only 15-30 seconds. Can anyone confirm this? Full or partial water pressure?
Also does anyone fill their black tank with a gallon of water and a bag of ice before leaving for home? I was told this is a good way to help dislodge anything stuck.
