I have yet to use mine due to the crappy weather we have had this spring. Our next opportunity to use it is this weekend and it looks like another rainy one.
When I installed a 22" Vizio in the main living area, I installed the old Jensen in the outdoor kitchen and then permanently sealed the gap around the swivel box. Install wasn't too back and I used the mount from the living room to get a flush install in the kitchen area so the TV doesn't protrude (SP?) to far into the kitchen area. For the 22" Vizio I installed an articulating mount so when sitting on the far left end of the couch you can still see the TV. Plus the Vizio has way better off axis viewing than the stock Jensen.
