I was out again this weekend (Canadian Victoria Day long weekend) and was able to fix a couple of items.
1. I applied some Liquid Nails multipurpose adehsive behind the wall panel to the left of the rear window of the bunkhouse that bowed out. It held well and hopefully will stay that way. The adhesive was indoor/outdoor, cold temp capable, and flexible when dry so it should withstand all conditions back there.
2. I finally solved the problem with my electric tongue jack. The dealer had fixed it before and said it was "a faulty ground." After a couple wet months through the winter the LED lights still had power, but the motor did not run. I tried creating a better ground by sanding away the paint on the mounting bolts and installing some toothed lock washers but that didn't work. After getting some more ideas from the forum I checked the fuse holder. The fuse was fine but the was some corrosion around the contacts. I took the fuse out, cleaned the contacts and everything worked 100% after I put it back in. So simple! Doh :S
