At our seasonal site it's come whenever we want. The people next to us were only there 3 times last year so the owners told us and we've not seen them yet this year. We've actually only seen maybe 4 TT's with people there while we've been at our site. Many times we've been the only people there. I can't really complain about that. Our site is 3 hrs from home.
We are supposed to weedeat but last time we showed up it was done. I think the owner hired a helper for a few weeks. Not complaining about that. The reason I think he ask that we weedeat is so that they don't get to close to the TT and risk bumping into something. Otherwise they mow for us. Full hookup at site but we have to pay approximately $100 for 6 month of electric. It's on a meter and if we go over the rate then we pay. So far we're under the $100. Not really a concern.
