I know it doesn't pertain to the models you are interested in but I thought I'd throw this out there to all 31BH owners. I've slowly discovered/detected over the last few months, a potentially huge problem. On my outdoor kitchen door, I've noticed that when the camper is on it's wheels (no stabilizers down), I have no problem opening the outdoor kitchen door. When we get to a campground and level it out, I'll put the stabilizers down and the gap between the body and the door will close up. It'll close up to the point that the door can sometimes be difficult to open. It binds on the body. The door has also worn away the paint on the door opening trim.
While it was under warranty (ran out on the 25th of Jun) I took it in to the dealer to open a claim ticket on it. The service tech said that he had never seen anything like it and sent all of my info to Keystone. As of this writing he hasn't heard back from them. There is no obvious evidence of a frame issue that I (I'm a retired aircraft mechanic) or he could find. It doesn't take much cranking down on the stabilizer to cause this problem and he agreed.
Just wanted to give you guys a heads up on the issue I'm having and wondered if anyone has seen anything similar on their 31BHPR.
