I had the same issue. I adjusted the door by moving those little hinge inserts just a smidgen and it has never been an issue since. Ill keep my fingers crossed.
The tightness is due to the frame twisting slightly when you have it on the leveling jacks. That is a big door and the opening will bind a bit if one corner of the camper is too high. I'm camping right now and noticed the same issue...I reduced the tension on the jack below the kitchen and the situation was resolved.
