I had the same issue. I adjusted the door by moving those little hinge inserts just a smidgen and it has never been an issue since. Ill keep my fingers crossed.
Which hinge inserts are you talking about? I don't remember seeing anything like that.
When I'm all set up, if I relieve enough pressure on the stabilizer below the kitchen to get rid of the binding on the door, another turn or two it'll be off of the ground.
