Finally, it arrived today, after months of research we have our new trailer. I want to thank all of you for posting and sharing so much of your knowledge and most of all your experiences. We are very happy with our purchase, we took our trailer for a spin this weekend and it was fantastic.
We had a little issue with the hitch, it did not arrive on time, but the guys at Genuine RV, saved the day. I used an equalizer for the weekend, took the trailer back to Genuine RV, once the hitch arrived they brought it home to Dallas, about a 4 hour drive. Tony the owner drove it himself.
Now a days you don't see that customer service.
