Yeah, I've seen the 3 settings and the fan can be set to Auto, High or Low, but leaving it on either of the two last settings has it run all of the time. I'd have thought that running it in Auto would do what you suggested. In ours it didn't - it ran all of the time. Another thing I'll have them check.

FYI - We have the 27RLPR with the black tank flush... The factory forgot to install the rubber washer on the hose that connects to the back of the outside inlet (hope that makes sense).. I took the panel off of from under the sink and had DW apply water... First thing I saw was water splurting out all over the place under there. Sounds awful familiar to what you are saying..
Our AC fan works exactly as discussed... Fan cuts in, 15 seconds later compressor kicks in, reverse when compressor is going off.
