Our first full night here in Kansas and the temp dropped down to 26 that night. Sadly, my 1500w portable was not able to keep up. We have gone through 3 tanks in about a week now. Keep in mind that is 3 days traveling with the fridge on gas, one night of dry camping in driving snow with temps in the low 30s, our welcome back to Kansas night of 26, cooking 3 meals a day, and hot water. Today the winds are going crazy, with 45 mph gusts, 20 mph sustained, and we have not felt hardly a draft inside. So far I'm pretty impressed by the trailer and how it handles the cold. But then again, it is only November.
